There is a disabled toilet in our pavilion, where the reception is located. This toilet can only be used during the opening hours of our reception and/or catering.

It is not allowed to charge electric cars at the villas. You can use the electric charging stations in the general parking area of Landgoed Bergvliet.
Absolutely! You can rent an electric BBQ when making your reservation or directly at reception. The rental fee is €25.00 for one day.
To ensure everything is ready for your cookout, please make your reservation at least 1 day in advance. Once booked, you can relax while our team handles the logistics and delivers the BBQ directly to your villa for your convenience.
Check-in is possible between 16:00 and 18:00. If you would like to check in later, please contact reception in advance at +31 76 579 56 66. Early check-in is always subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, towels are provided as a default. If you need extra towels, please contact reception.
Business bookings are permitted on request for up to 6 consecutive nights. A maximum of one person per room is permitted. A higher deposit is charged for business bookings.
A continuous holiday stay of a maximum of 21 nights is possible, with an obligatory weekly intermediate cleaning, which is charged after booking.
Please note that proof of payment is not accepted as confirmation of payment for bank transfers. Payment is considered received only once the funds have been credited to our bank account. Depending on the banks involved, this may take several business days. We kindly ask you to take this processing time into account when choosing bank transfer as your payment method. If your payment has not yet cleared or isn't visible upon arrival, you will be required to pay for the reservation again to gain entry. Once we verify that a duplicate payment has occurred, we will promptly issue a full refund for the additional charge.

There is a standard set of bed linen for all beds. There is also a set of bath towels on each bed.
If you would like clean bed linen during your stay, this is possible for a fee.
Smoking is not allowed in the villas. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that this rule has always been observed by all previous tenants.

Barbecues with electric grills are permitted if sufficient distance is kept from the house and the green areas and trees. Electric barbecues can be brought along or rented on site for a fee. Gas and charcoal barbecues are not permitted.
We have several villas where dogs are welcome. 1 dog is allowed in these villas. If you wish to bring your dog with you, you must indicate this when making your reservation. The surcharge for your dog is per day plus there is also a cleaning fee of €35 per stay. Please note that only some villas are accessible for pets. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the park.
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant Landgoed Bergvliet, but are allowed on the terrace.
Cats are not permitted in the villas or the park. Only dogs are accepted, and only in specific villas, as mentioned previously.
